Returns & Exchanges
Returns on eligible products will be accepted up to 10 days after you receive your shipment. All items must be returned to us unused with the tags still attached. No exchanges allowed.
To initiate a return, please follow these instructions:
Email us at email@example.com with “Return Request” and your order number in the subject bar with a brief explanation for the return in the body of the email.

Body: “Hello, the tassel on my Mala is defective.
I would like to return this product.”
We will get back to you within 1-3 business days on how to move forward with your request.
Returns after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.
